HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY STUFF?
It'll ship out between 3-5 business days. Generally ship time takes a few days as well. You'll get an e-mail at every milestone with order/ship/tracking details so you'll know it's not in a black hole somewhere.

WHY DOES IT TAKE A FEW DAYS BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Your item is printed when the order is received using new technology called 'Direct to Garment' printing. It's badass. 

HOW'S THE PRINTING DIFFERENT THAN SCREEN PRINTING?
You know how regular screen printed T-shirt ink can crack over time and can be a little stiff to wear until you "break it in"? Our printing is soft and moves with the fabric so your shirt feels like an old favorite you've washed 100 times. It's also water-based and eco-friendly.

IF IT'S ALL PRINTED ON DEMAND, CAN YOU DO CUSTOM?
Absolutely. Just e-mail the details to MaryJane@ILoveMaryJane.com and we'll work with you to get it done.

WHAT'S THE SHIRT QUALITY LIKE?
Top of the line. This will feel and fit like an old favorite from day one. 
Our shirts and tanks are mostly tri-blends (super buttery soft and breathable), with a few lightweight 100% ring-spun cotton tanks and shirts in the mix. We selected shirts with a modern fit for maximum comfort and style. 

DO YOU HAVE POT LEAVES OR ANYTHING CONTROVERSIAL ON THE PACKAGE I'LL RECEIVE?
Nope. It will show the sender as 'ILMJ'. There won't be any other logos or markings on the package.

WHAT ABOUT THE SHOP NAME ON MY CARD STATEMENT?
It will either be 'ILMJ' or 'ILMJ SHOP'. 

WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?
Unworn and unwashed items are valid for return. Refunds and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase date. A return or exchange without a receipt / order number will be granted store credit in the amount of the item(s) most recent sale price. Returns/exchanges are processed within 1-3 business days from when we receive the original items. Please e-mail MaryJane@ILoveMaryJane.com quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. The item should always be returned in the original packaging together with any original documentation.
